Solidarités Jeunesses
Solidarités Jeunesses is a French international organisation with 8 regional oces around France and a national oce in Paris, SJ is dedicated to promoting peace, solidarity, and non-formal education through international volunteering and local community actions.
They send and host volunteers from diverse backgrounds to live and work on collective projects. However, managing the complex logistics of hundreds of volunteers, diverse project sites, and international networks required a digital foundation as robust and dynamic as their social mission.
Managing hundreds of volunteer applications was a fragmented, labor-intensive process. The team relied on excel forms, scanned physical documents, and manual spreadsheets to track registrations, process payments, and send project updates.
